Pawn Shop Management System

The Only Windows NT 4.0 based Pawn Shop Management System with integrated Customer and Inventory Image Database.

Available Now

This WinPawn Management  system has the versatility that is required by today’s business environment.  The system offers drill down capabilities that allow further detailed information as it pertains to an individual transaction.  In addition, as the drill down feature is being utilitized, options are available to view other detailed transaction information. This would include, viewing information as it relates to the seller or buyer, a pawn or buy, etc.  These features have been added so that the transactions can occur quicker and more accurately.  As a result, the clerk can view information that relates to a customer or transaction since the screens are linked on customer number and/or transaction number.

Using today's technology, we have added the ability take customer photographs from a workstation. this also includes taking photographs of inventory items. All photographs are imbedded right into the customer and inventory forms on the workstations screen. Photographs are easy to retrieve just as you would retrieve data about any customer or inventory item.

Other features that are included will place limits on the employees.  These limits are designed so that the internal controls are placed within the system which will reduce the losses that can occur.

The reporting features of the system will provide sales volume, gross profit information, gun logs, police reports and other reports which will allow management to keep current with business activity.
